I've recently been receiving a lot of complaints that people are being disconnected when they are on hold for - calling out from our building. I've also received complaints that other calls are being disconnect during the call. This is all happening to callers on the same trunk.
I've reviewed alarms - nothing, did a list - meas on trunk groups, and everything seems to be ok. Not sure what my next steps should be or how to further narrow the problem down.
