disconnect while on hold

Hi

I've recently been receiving a lot of complaints that people are being disconnected when they are on hold for - calling out from our building. I've also received complaints that other calls are being disconnect during the call. This is all happening to callers on the same trunk.

I've reviewed alarms - nothing, did a list - meas on trunk groups, and everything seems to be ok. Not sure what my next steps should be or how to further narrow the problem down.

If they are digital trunks do a 'list measurements ds1 xxxx log" with the board number being the 'xxxx' and see if u have errors. There should be no, or very few errors. If there are errors, type 'status syn' and see if the syn is on the 'tone bd'. If it is it needs to set on a ds1 trunk

Did the list meas log and there were no errors. Forgot to mention we have a definity G3siR8 ( I know, pretty old R)
