Is any way to disconnect users from Citrix if the idle time is > 20 minutes?

I want to log off those users if they are not using the system more than 20 minutes and don't know how to do it in Citrix. Any ideas?

Right now I disconnect those users manually from Citrix Server Administration screen. I am only doing it 2-3 times a day because it is hard for me to go to the computer room every 20 minutes. Idealy, we would like to set up limite to 20 minutes. If idle time is more than 20 minutes, we would like to close the sessions for that user. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot

Go into Citrix Connection Configuration on the Server
Click on the Advanced button, set a time out for an idle connection in the column on left...

Thanks MISAdmin. I found the place where I can set up certain time to disconnect the user. It is a big help.

Thank you again.

You stated 'time to DISCONNECT the user'. remember that the session will still be on Citrix unless you log the user off. In the same place, you can make a timeout if session is disconnected for a period of time. Mike Brown CCA
