Disconnect takes too long....

I have an IP401 with three analog lines attached. When a caller calls in on one of the lines and hangs up it takes up to a minute for the line to clear. I'm using the call status program to monitor the lines.
Any suggestions?
 
check that your trelco is providing a disconnect clear signal & that the analog line is correctly configured to recognise it
In the uk it is usualy somewhere around 400ms
 
Thanks for the info. I called telco and they didn't have the disconnect clear on for the lines. It puzzles me why that wouldn't be standard.
