Disconnect signal to IVR from CICS

My customer has an older IVR that requires a signal to be sent for line disconnect. I'm going to have 4 ATA's hooked up to a CICS that need to send a disconnect signal to the IVR. Does anyone know of a device I can use?

Use Norstar VMI's (Voice Mail Interface) not ATA's.
