disconnect outgoing calls after 3 minutes

Is it possible to disconnect the call after 3 minutes or no outgoing call more than 3 minutes?

Can't understand why anyone would want to do this but I guess they have their reasons. I have only done this on paging trunks because they would leave it open.
 
But then again your doing it on the RDB, he wants to do it on the phone.

the reason one of my customer want restrict some of users to make calls more than
3 minutes
 
I worked for a company that made payphones that would alow you to make a call that was local (you could adjust time) and talk for a predetermened amount of time before you needed to either insert money or use a calling card before is would disconnect you. Kind of expensive for what you want, about $900.

otherwise he is just SOL for doing that.

This is more of an employee / supervisor issue not a switch issue and it was not designed for this type of restriction. The other thing would be that it would affect all calls from the set even if it could. Not a good solution. Customer needs to address this as a personel issue.
 
some times it's hard to program around a management issue.. i do have 1 set that is limited to 3 minutes.. it hot d's the acod of a single member route...

it's a courtsey phone that was getting abused.. i did not add the feature until the dept had a sign printed that all calls would be disconnected past 60 sec's..
