Set up: Opt 11C Rls 20 Mermail 9.x:
Loop trunk; XUT card; Auto DN to 500 set; DN NCFW to Mermail ACD.
Call pattern:
Inbound call; auto terminates on 500 DN. DN no answer call forwards to Mermail ACD then to voice mail box. Caller hangs up before leaving message.
Problem:
Though reversal is given by CO system will only disconnect if caller hangs up before Mermail answers or if answered manually at 500 set. Call won't disconnect when in middle of voice mail greeting or after.
Suggestions PLEASE?
I have changed the DSI timers in the RDB to no avail.
I have attempted an ACD interface with night call forwarding, equally to no avail.
