Hi All,
I am having a disconnect issue with an ip office v2 500.
When I make a call the number of the clients, the auto attentant starts to reply, but when I hang up the Auto Attendant remains active and does not disconnect.
The thing is I have different departments on the pbx
Comapny A, Company B, company C, Company D
Company A analogue lines are connected to the Avaya IP500 Analog Trunk 16, and when you a call and the AA activates and you hang up, it disconnects immediately.
I have activated in the avaya use if not mistaken "unsupervised disconnected".
THe other companies (B,C,D) are connected to a combo card each, since the rest of them have either 3 or 4 analogue lines in the chasis.
All the analogue lines are coming from a grandstream GXW4216 as the gateway registers to the provider.
I changed the disconnect time in the pbx to match the provider but still the issue remained with the the company b, c,d
Is there another stting I can try to get this to work
Thank you in advance
