We have a T1 (not a PRI) through Century Link which was used for outbound long distance calls. It stopped working and Century Link said they see no errors on the circuit. I have looked at the switch (IP Office 500 8.1 (69)) and don't see any other issues. We have 2 others circuits which are OK. I even moved the Century Link circuit to another card on the switch with no luck. When I do a trace when calling outbound on that circuit, here is the result ( and the user gets 3 short beep):
