Disconnect from Destination End

We have a T1 (not a PRI) through Century Link which was used for outbound long distance calls. It stopped working and Century Link said they see no errors on the circuit. I have looked at the switch (IP Office 500 8.1 (69)) and don't see any other issues. We have 2 others circuits which are OK. I even moved the Century Link circuit to another card on the switch with no luck. When I do a trace when calling outbound on that circuit, here is the result ( and the user gets 3 short beep):

If the issue is still with the carrier, what can I ask them to check?

what does system status show?

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.
 
Line provider issue (always is)
tel them to Physicaly check the connection form the customers premisis


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
