Disconnect after 6 Rings

I have a MICS 6.1 with Call Pilot. Originally it was setup with a CCR tree, allowing the caller to leave VM to individual family members. The system is in a Doctors house with 11 phones (some house!). Since they don't pick up their VM messages the doctor wants to eliminate the ability for a caller to leave a VM. I turned off AA and disabled the CCR tree. After doing that, after 6 rings, it seemed like VM was picking up. STSGUY correctly said, "it sounds like there is an external VM". While I wait for the Doctor to have Qwest turn that service off, I'm wondering how to accomplish her request. If I have it AA after six rings and have a silent greeting, how can I have it disconnect?

Set up the AA with a unrecorded or blank greeting set up a CCR Home menu as a Info and record a blank and when called after 6 rings you will hear exiting the system and hang up.
Also in operator status set it to no attendent.
