Disclaimers or notices on e-mail in Exchange 2k 3

Good day. Does anyone know how to or where I can obtain information on how to add disclaimers or confidentiality notices on e-mail in Exchange 2000 Server? Thank you.

you need to do a load of work with VB and compilers and even then it doesn't always work.

OR cheat - gfi.com have a product called mail essentials. The trial version has a disclaimer that works properly even after the trial has finished. i.e. its a free product.

Its a really simple interface and has 2 disclaimers, one for html, one for text. Option to send from one person or whole domain.
