Greetings Tek-Tips Pros!

I am working with Crystal 11 and am having problems getting a disclaimer to print at the bottom of Every page of a multiple page form.
Works great if it is a 1 pager!

Currently the "footer" will only print on the last page of a multi-page form.

Thank you so much Tek-Tips! Lisa

Lisa,

It sounds like you have your text in the report footer, which prints at the end of the report, rather than the page footer. Try moving it there to solve your issue.

Or it is in a subreport (which does not have page footers)--only a report footer.

Thank you Lyle for the suggestions. The text is located in Footer C of the Report. There are no sub-reports.

It is an invoice form. With 3 Page Footers.
Footer C which contains the disclaimer. Along with the Invoice and Tax info.

A one page report looks great.

A two page invoice needs to have the Disclaimer print at the bottom of every page and the invoice total info only on the last.

Any other suggestions?
Thank You, Lisa

Please explain how you currently have PFc formatted which is causing it only to print on the last page.

If invoice and tax info are also in the same footer (not sure why), you should be using field suppression on them, not section suppression, with a formula like this:

pagenumber <> totalpagecount
