Disclaimer on all users emails

Hello,
I was just recently informed by my supervisor that we need to have all our emails sent out with a disclaimer posted at the bottom of all our emails. Is there a way to create a disclaimer and import it into all my users pst file?

Be aware that GFI MailEssentials as discussed in that thread no longer leaves the disclaimer stuff working after the trial period
