discard attachment on bounce

Does anyone know how to say qmail to automatically discard attachments for bounce messages?.

I'm trying to manage user's quotas but, when sending local message from A to B exceeding B quota, A never receives the "B quota exceeded" because A quota is also exceeded when receiving the bounce message.

Thanks in advance.
