One of our servers crashed and we are trying to recover the data from the tape on a different machine. We are only looking to recover one of the files. Any suggestions or tips to help the process?
On the original server after reloading Windows we keep getting the error "Poll drive failed: Severe error - shutting of Poll Device". I can't even catalog the tape before importing to a different media pool. Any suggestions?
