I am testing the Disaster Recovery option in ArcServ 6.61
My test pc is NT server 4 SP6a.
I performed a full backup of the PC and created my server specific floppy disks from the Arcserv program group.
I follow the procedure for the recovery. Connect to the remote backup server, load the configuration file from the network recovery floppy, select the tape from the DLT library, select the session and assign them to the partitions.
Everything looks good until I get to the Start the Recovery
and Arcserv prompts me to mount the media. The media is in the DLT library and mounted in a slot but Arcserv will not connect. I have even tried loading the tape in the DLT drive instead of the slot. Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks in advance.
