I am using HP Colorado Backup Two version 9.1 with an internal HP Colorado 5gb tape drive. My operating system in windows ME. The tape drive is attached to a CSA 649 ultra contoller card on IRQ9 -it had to be attached to a separate card as I have two tape drives and a hard disc on the IDE controllers -and the tape drive would not shgare an IDE controller with the hard disc. In windows the tape drive works perfectly - but having created a disaster set, I am unable to use it. Having booted the system from the disaster floppy, the system fails to find the tape drive -and suggests my two Cd rom drives -atually one CD rewriter and one DVD drive -as possible backup devices -the tape drive it does not recognise at all. I would be interested to hear if anyone else has had the same problem -and if so how they have solved it. Incidentally, I have tried installing the DOS version of the software -but on booting from a floppy to get into DOS am told there is insifficient memory to copy the required files.
