Disaster Recovery to Larger Partition.

I have AS2000, if I use the DR option on my W2K server can I use a DR to increase the size of my C partition. By that I mean can I install a new raid array with a larger C partition and then do a disater recovery of all my . I have only 80Mb left on my C drive ant It won't even let me run SP2, The server is running AD and is my primary server, If you have any suggestions as to how I can increase the size of the partition baring in mind it is Raid5 I would be very greatful.
