Disaster recovery to another server

I've currently got a Windows 2003 domain 2 DCs and 1 2003 Exchange server. I've got another server that I want to install exchange on and use as a backup server, on the same forest.

It is possible to recover all of the storage groups onto the backup exchange server? In the case the first one blows up.

I think you can, untill you do need exceed the limit of 4 storage group per server.
