Disaster Recovery - File Could not be Found

I am currently running Arcserve 2000 (BUILD 1050) on a Windows 2000 HP Server. When I attempt to create the Boot Disks, it asks me to insert disk 3 of the Windows 2000 disks and when it gets approx. 80% it gives me an error "File Could not be found".

It then says "Disk was created successfully", and then asks for the Machine Specific Disk.

Has anyone seen this before. Will SP 4 Fix this ?
