Disappering messages on OWA 1

I have NT4.0 (SP6a) with Exch 5.5 (SP3) and OWA running. When some users get mail in it arrives fine but disappears all by itself on OWA, NOT at the Outlook2000 desktop!!!
Not all users seem to suffer from the same problem!
Those users suffering, seem to have full funcitionality other than that problem. Their other folders do not suffer losses. TIA

Draq,
I noticed this also the way I resolved it was make sure in Outlook make sure under tools services and the delivery tab is set to mailbox on the exchange server not to a pst/personal file on the workstation.
