Simple sounding problem so I hope the answer is simple.
I have a customer that wants to use an ASP key on their ACD agent phones. All is well on the 1st login. The ASP key works fine. Log in a 2nd time and it doesn't. Plus the SPID disappears from the agent phone. (reverts back to NONE)
I built a very basic test ACD with one SPV phone and one AGN phone and it happens there too. So no quick change or copy was used while testing.
This is on a CS1000 with the latest patches. Any clues on whats going on?
