Disappearing site data on station form

this just started in December. we are on CM 5.2 and I am very detail about putting in the Room, Floor, Building as I maintain several buildings and need that information.
there are times now when I pull up a station that information is gone. I put it back in and in a couple of days I can go back and its gone again.
Of course it does not happen all of the time nor the same stations.
the real issue is when I do a 911 export that data gets rejected because its not there.
any help?? this is crazy.

The site data is not reliable. Software should always associate site data with the port.
It does not work that way. site data stays with the station internal software.
If you change a station from digital with a digital port site data, then change the station to
analog, the site data does not switch from the digital port to the analog port.

tti / psa and swapping ports for stations, is another reason that the software is not reliable.

In cm5 there is a new feature that may work for you:
