Has anyone else experienced this in 7.6.100a?

I have a client that is experiencing this and Exact Tech Support has never seen this before.

its a macola feature. :)

just kidding...never seen that either.

Do you have a custom screen set? Sometimes macola makes changes to those default screens & your customizations don't get updated. Though the last time they changed the screen definitions was with the introducton of rma in 103d . .. .

Don, Is the underlying data gone or just something missing off the screen?

Actually, the underlying RMA line items are still there, it is the RMA header records are gone.

After initially telling me that there is no way this can happen short of the user deleting the records, I emailed Exact a crystal report with saved data to proce to them this is happening. I then got 2 bug numbers, both of which are supposedly fixed in 7.6.200.

I also heard from 2 more Macola resellers telling me they are having the same problem at some of their clients.

I sure hope they are able to fix and distribute 7.6.200 very soon. I am constantly hearing now that the problems we are having are fixed in 7.6.200 but that it is still inadvisable to install it.

Andy,

per the partner portal, 7.6.200 came out yesterday. As always I will test this internally before rolling it out to end users.
