I'm using CR10 and have created several reports each based on a different Oracle Stored Procedures, each of which have several parameters passed to them. Crystal prompts for these parameters when the report is run. I've created the prompting text for them in Crystal using the View - Field Explorer - Parameter - Edit facility. When I change the location of the data source the prompting text for the parameters is lost and I have to go in and recreate it. It happens on all the reports using the stored procedures. Anyone else aware of this and know a way of sorting it.

I think that, because the parameter in a SP based report is derived from the SP itself, the change in datasource,( which means a change in the SP used), is 'seen' as creating a new parameter for which no prompting text has yet been entered.
