Disappearing print dialog?

I am having a wierd problem with our invoice printing dialog. It comes up for a split second and then quickly disappears with no error message. Could this be caused by corrupt form or something?

Hi,

Have you found out why your print dialog was Disappearing?
Our print dialog keeps minimizing its self. Any ideas?
