Disappearing Message body in Outlook 2002 (XP)

First thread hopefully this isn't something that's be asked a million times before. I only skimmed the existing topics.

I have a user that travels between two sites. The exchange 5.5 server is at my site. When he is at the other site in California he has a problem. Sometimes new messages will appear correctly in the message preview, but when he opens them the message body is blank. The problem goes away if he reboots the system.

It's
Windows 2000 (all up to date)
Office 2002 (all up to date)
Dell D600

I’ve looked through some of the MS KB files on this, and couldn’t resolve the issue.

I just read the listed FAQ for this issue, and it will not correct the problem. My users is actually seeing a blank message body when he opens the message.

Rebooting seems to make the issue go away.
