Disappearing Keycodes

We have a BCM 50 that has been installed for about a year. It has 8 internal digital sets, 1 exp port and 4 internal analog sets. A storm went through last weekend and on Monday some of the displays on some of the digital sets say "Keycode Required." Those sets do not function while the other digital sets work fine. I thought that the system lost its keycode for those sets, yet when I go into Telset programming under 9*8, the data setting for the exp port and internal digital sets is correct. Does anyone have any thoughts about what's happening here and how to fix it?

Try a reboot. If that doesn't work you may want to try a level 2 reset and put the keycodes back in and reprogram the system.
