Disappearing history

Our users access IE thru Citrix MetaFrame XP on win2k server terminal services. We have GPOs configured to stop users from deleting their browsing history and to delete cached TS profiles upon logoff.

Recently, I discovered there weren't any activity logged in the history folders.

Can anyone shed light? Thanks.
