Disappearing Graphics

Just wondering if any has had problems displaying small logos on their Reports. I have one user whose Reports print without the graphics. It is only one user and only some of the time.

Yes, but they have always been problems with the printers.&nbsp;&nbsp;Sometimes the printer set up only allows text.&nbsp;&nbsp;Sometimes the Graphic is placed outside of the print range.&nbsp;&nbsp;etc.<br><br>Michael

Is the space where the graphic should be blank or is the #error there. If so, there may be a missing library or the machine may not have enough memory installed?

The space where the graphic should be is blank and there is no indication from the system that anything has gone wrong. I suspect it must be a memory thing as well, however many other users have the same machine as the one on which the problem occurs and they seem to have no problem ????

cmcbride, did you check the printer settings? does this one computer have the same type of printer as the others? i've found out that the printer settings can affect not only the printed product, but even the print preview screen. it may be the printer settings as michaelred mentioned above.
