Disappearing Graphic

I have a Crystal Report that was created in 8.5 and was recently converted to 10. The cover page of this report has a graphic that was created several years ago. This graphic has always displayed with no problems until we converted to Crystal 10. Now it disappears. I can paste the graphic into the header of the report and then run the report and it will be there. However, as soon as I save and close the report and then open it back up the graphic is gone. I can see the outline of it and if you hover your mouse over where it should be, the tool tip says “OLE Object.” In addition, if I right click on the blank area and say “copy” and then paste it into Word, it appears. Any ideas?

I would guess that there's some sort of memory problem and suggest installing the service pack as the first step:
