Disappearing Form

I created a database with a form that worked fine. Now after I did ???? I can see my Form in the Design View but it doesn't show up in the Form View. What am I doing wrong?

Any helps would be great. Thanks.

Try setting the AutoCenter property to Yes. What happens if the database window is maximized, you view the form in design view, and then you click to view it in form view?
