Have a user with Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. Is running on a domain using roaming profiles. Everyday when she logs on (to the same computer), opens Outlook, and clicks on the Mail Icon, most all of the folders in her "Favorite Folders" section are gone. All that is there are Inbox, Unread Mail, For Follow Up and Sent Items. All the others that she has added are gone. She has to drag all the ones she wants back up there. They stay there and work fine until she logs off and logs back on. Then they are gone again. Am running Symantec AV Corp Edition and it has not detected any viruses or malware. Any Ideas? Thanks.

If it is only this user and happens anywhere he/she uses their roaming profile, it would seem the profile is damaged. Building a new profile may be eaier than identifying the problem.
