I have a user that the File option on the menu bar has disappeared off of Word. Does anyone know how to bring it back? Thanks.

Disappearing File Option in Word

Right click the Menu bar toolbar, select Customize.
Select the Toolbar tab
Select the Menu Bar item. Click the Reset button. If you have changed it in a specific document (possible) then select that document in the "Reset toolbar in document" drop down; otherwise it will be in normal.dot (likely).
You did not state version, so the details may be slightly different, but essentially you are resetting the Menu Bar toolbar via the Customize route - right click the toolbar.
