Disappearing email

I have setup a rule which will forward email based on content to my external address which is saved as a Contact in Outlook'98. However, when I have tested this the email which should be going to the external address disappears and never arrives. Has anyone any suggestions, I am going to run Diagnostics Logging on IMC later.

When I tried this it wouldnt work unless relay was turned on which isnt a good thing. Did you get an NDR on the missing emails?
 
Thanks for the reply. I found out that the Out Office Office notification has to be enabled from the IMC for this method of using a rule in Outlook to a contact to work.
