Disappearing background image when published

When publishing in shockwave for the net, the background images are missing when viewed in the browser.

I had created the project with these being linked but decided to prevent problems to make these backgrounds internal cast members, yet they are still missing when I publish. Have you any hints as to why this may be and how I might rectify it.

Can you see the image in the authoring mode? If so may be Xtras are missing from your DCR.
