Basically, you can't. Although you could use a macro to disable access to the print commends, the user could disbale the macro on opening the workbook. Of course, you might limit that approach's effectiveness by configuring the workbook only to display data if macros are enabled, but even then a print-screen would still allow the user to capture the data and send it to a printer. Just as easily, the user could copy the worksheet and paste it into another workbook that doesn't have that limitation. Even if you protected the workbook, they'd still be able to copy the data and formats.
