Disabling windows key and E hot key combination 2

Does anyone know if there is a reg hack or any other way to disable the Windows key and E hot key combination?
 
i would like to take credit for the following, but i can't... i got this from
Disable Windows Hotkeys (Windows 9x and NT)
This tweak disables the use of Windows hotkeys.
Open your registry and find the key below.

Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'NoWinKeys' set the value to equal '1' to enable the restriction.

Exit your registry, you may need to restart for the changes to take effect.


(Default) REG_SZ (value not set)
NoWinKeys REG_DWORD 0x00000001 (1)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\...



Settings:
Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersionPolicies\Explorer]
Value Name: NoWinKeys
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = disable restriction, 1 = enable restriction)
