Disabling Windows 2000 LDAP

We currently use iMail from IPSwitch for our E-mail. The system provides LDAP for it's accounts.

We upgraded the server to Windows 2000 (and it is a domain controller). The Windows 2000 LDAP is blocking our attempts to get to the iMail LDAP service.

Is there anyway to either remove or disable the Windows 2000 LDAP service?
