Disabling toolbar in viewer

We are using xsl & JavaScript to invoke our reports via CE 9.0
In some instances, we want to disable some of the buttons on the toolbar or the entire toolbar itself. Does anyone know how to do this in our envirnment?
If I do a View Source on the report I get VBScript code which I guess is generated by Crystal.
