Disabling the "Customize..." command

Hi I hope someone can help...

Is there any way of disabling the "Customize..." command that appears after a right-click on the empty part of the toolbar area?

I've made a custom Word template with it's own toolbars & menu items. I don't want the users to be able to change the toolbars or menus.

and have a look at the Protection property of command bars in the on-line help. Protection offers a msoBarNoCustomize constant for your custom bars.

Thanks for the info. It is close to what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the user can still add new toolbars.

Does anyone know how to hide the "Customize..." command without disabling the show/hide toolbar commands???

Please help.

I also need to know how to disable the dbl-click in the toolbar area (it brings up the "Customize" command bars form).
