I am looking for a way to disable the "Call Record" Feature on the UC Client Manager software(version 2.02640). We did not deploy this software because of this feature in the past.
I have reviewed several google searches, searched on this forum and can find no info about toggling off/on. I checked the COS(typically 3300cx/version 9 of software) and could find nothing there as well. I looked through regedit(XP)and could find no mention of Mitel software in the registry.
Any assistance is appreciated.
