Disabling the mouse wheel

This has a been a thorn in my side for ages but ive finally worked out a way that doesnt involve reems of code.

Using a query based on the forms data, simply set it to select the top one record. the mouse wheel then cannot be used to scroll through the records, then after whatever the user has to do with the record (usually updating a field) simply requery.
