Hi,

We currently have a locked down environment. However, a user has recently discovered that they can plug a USB pen drive in, and it is accessible.

Does anyone know of a way to prevent USB Pen drives from working for certain users, without disabling other USB devices?

TIA
MJ

I'm looking at products right now and have come across several: DeviceWall, DeviceLock, Safend Protector. Of all of these, I like DeviceWall however they are not free. In addition, depending on how much you want to lock things down, check out DesktopStandard and FullArmor for total workstation lockdown. Keep in mind that these products are not as granular as DeviceWall, etc but they will do the job too.
