Disabling "New Tab" in IE7 1

I have "New Tab" in "File" in IE7 disabled on my PC. I got a new PC and I can't remember how I disabled it (it's been a while). Would someone please point me to where that setting is so that I can make "New Tab" greyed out?

1. Open IE7, go to Tools >> Internet Options.

2. Click on the General tab.

3. In General tab, you will see a Settings button in the Tabs section. Click the Settings button.

4. A new dialog box is opened. Here, you have to uncheck the Enable Tabbed Browsing checkbox. Click Ok to close the dialog box.

5. Again click Ok to close the Internet Options box.

6. Restart Internet Explorer.
