I have a friend that wants to disable Auto Complete in Outlook BUT only for specific addresses.

Is this even possible? I know you can disable the feature completely but i'm not sure if you can disable it for specific addresses.

Any ideas?

Thanks

I'm not aware of any way to do it. I don't think it's possible.

Hi markus97.

I assume you mean the 'Nickname List' feature that automatically shows email addresses you have used in the past?

All I can suggest is how to delete specific entries from the list, although this won't stop them from being added again in the future:

1. In a new email begin typing the address so that it appears in the drop down list
2. Use the up/down arrow keys on the keyboard to highlight the address to be deleted
3. Click the Delete key on the keyboard

I hope this helps.
