My VPN Software doesn't like the QOS Packet Scheduler. I was curious if there was a way to disable (uncheck) the network service or uninstall the QOS through either a EXE or a batch file. It's not the QOS in services that's the problem either....The actual network service has to be disabled. Any suggestions?
