Disabling Outlook Security to schedule CR

Hi,
I was interested in CrystalDesk to schedule and export my CR ver 8.5 standard reports. I use XP and when I export to Outlook, I get the message "A program is trying to access email addresses...etc which I have to click OK. Then another message "A program is emailing on your behalf...etc. I click OK again. This defeats the scheduling option. This Security option was also in Win2000 Service Pak.
