Disabling my proxy server is not working!

Today I was checking some proxy server lists and I put it on my browser. Everything was working fine, I was anonymous my ip addres was hidden. But then I decided to turn it off. So then I unchecked my proxy server in my internet explorer browser. Here is the problem everytime I go into a ip address check website I get a different ip address from my real one. I restarted my computer but I get the same message. How can I get back my original ip address.

I also tried it using netscape and I get the same thing, wrong ip address. I am still anonymous.
