Disabling My Pictures As Default Image Directory

How do i disable Win98/IE5 from always using "My Pictures" as the default folder for saving image files?

I think the registry entry for that is
HKCU\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENT VERSION\EXPLORER\SHELL FOLDERS
there should be a string there for "MY PICTURES"
Changing it to another folder would work.
