Disabling mouse scroll wheel when using form

Hi,

When entering info on a form, if you accidentally nudge the scroll wheel on the mouse it brings up a blank new record. Is there anyway of disabling the scroll wheel so users can't unintentinally make these mistakes?

Any ideas would be most appreciated
